Education and Professional Background

In 1996 he graduated from Kyiv State Technical University of Construction and Architecture with a degree in “Lifting, Construction, Road Machinery and Equipment”.

In 2005 he graduated from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management with a degree in “Human Resource Management and Labor Economics”. In 2009, he obtained a degree in “Finance” from the same institution.

Since 2010 he had been deputy dean of the full-time studies faculty at the Institute of International Economics, Finance and Information Technologies named after Saint Grand Princess Olga.

Since 2013 he had held the position of deputy head of the academic department.

Since 2016 he had worked as head of the department of organization of full-time educational process at the Institute for the Organization of Educational Activities and Higher Education Quality Assurance.

Since 2017 he had been the head of the division – head of the full-time educational process organization department within the Educational Process Organization Administration.

Since February 2025 he had worked as deputy head of the Department for orders preparation and student contingent registration.

Since January 2026, he has been serving as Director of the Professional Pre-Higher Education Institution “Academic Professional College of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management”.

Education

Higher education. In 2011 she graduated from Private Joint-Stock Company “Higher Education Institution “Interregional Academy of Personnel Management” with a Master’s degree in Law.

Professional Experience

She began her professional career at the Academy in 2001, holding the following positions: referent; specialist; chief specialist; head of the bureau for academic and methodological documentation and teaching workload accounting; chief specialist and further deputy director of the department of labor planning and accounting; head of the labor planning and accounting division; director of the department of human resources and labor economics – head of the personnel management department; director of the department of extracurricular activities. Since December 2025, she has been serving as Director for Professional Pre-Higher Education at PJSC “Higher Education Institution “Interregional Academy of Personnel Management”.

Professional Development

In February 2023, she completed advanced training courses and prepared a final project entitled “Current Issues in Organizational Human Resource Management.”
In January 2025, she successfully completed the online course “SMM 2.0: From Strategy to Advertising” (6 modules, 33 lectures, 33 assignments).
In February 2025, she undertook online professional development during the online conference “Inclusion in Wartime: Experience and Prospects” in the areas of “Transversal Skills,” “Inclusive Education,” and “Educational Institution Management” (10 hours / 0.33 ECTS credits).

She holds a State Certificate of Proficiency in the Ukrainian Language (C1 level).

Honors and Awards

She has repeatedly received Letters of Appreciation, Certificates of Merit, and Honorary Certificates from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management; a Letter of Appreciation from the Mayor of Kyiv (2019); a Letter of Appreciation from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (2023).
